Yes, that is the whole point of how we work. We build a small, consistent team around each person, and when someone is away we use backup who already knows you. No revolving door of strangers.

How quickly can you start?

We currently have availability for new participants across southern Adelaide, so in most cases we can start without a long wait. The fastest way to find out is to request a callback and we will talk through the timing.

What areas do you cover?

We are based in Reynella and support people across southern Adelaide, plus metro Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula and Barossa. Not sure if you are in our area? Just ask.

My current provider gave notice. Can you help?

Yes. We help families switch providers all the time, and we will work to start support with no gap in care. Let us know your situation on the call and we will make it as smooth as possible.

How is the support paid for?

Our supports are designed to be funded through your NDIS plan. On the call we will help you understand which of your funded supports apply, so there are no surprises.

Do you support self-managed and plan-managed participants?

Yes. Tell us how the plan is managed when you enquire and we will confirm exactly how we can work together.

Are your support workers screened?

Our team is screened and insured in line with NDIS requirements, and matched thoughtfully to the person they support. You can ask us anything about how we recruit and match on the call.
